New resources support Dispute Resolution Process

New resources have been released to support United Nurses of Alberta and Alberta Health Services joint commitment on consolidating successful practices in the application of the Dispute Resolution Process set out in Article 32 of the Provincial Collective Agreement.

The new resources include:

  • a Dispute Resolution Advisory Committee document outlining the roles of committee members and benefits of using DRAC to resolve disputes.
  • a description of how DRAC can assist with the Duty to Accommodate process.
  • a flow chart explaining the Dispute Resolution process.

A more detailed Dispute process document will be released before the end of 2019.
